This year our Annual APNA Conference was held the first week of November in Philadelphia, the city of sisterly and brotherly love. Those of us in attendance had a wonderful time getting to know one another.

Barbara Siegel created a ficticious agency that was having money problems. We broke up into groups and worked at making the agency profitable. It was a great exercise in not only solving the problem but getting to know one another as well. The team which I was on, won. We were all very excited because we didn't think we had a chance. There was an awful lot of experts in the room on that beautiful November day in Philadelphia.

For next year's conference, we are looking at either Denver, Nashville, Scottsdale or San Antonio. Barbara Siegel and Mellisa Peckham did a wonderful job of hosting conference 2009. We are all looking forward to our next one in October of 2010.
